Portal Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Terrago Magic portal (the “Portal”), you represent that you are subject to a valid and effective OEM Agreement (the “OEM Agreement”) by and between your company and TerraGo Technologies, Inc. (“TerraGo”).  You further agree that, by accessing and using the Portal, the terms and conditions of the OEM Agreement apply to your access and use of the Portal and that you are authorized to upload your content, including, but not limited to any trademarks, to the Portal. If you are in breach of the OEM Agreement or these terms and conditions, you agree that TerraGo may terminate or suspend your right to use the Portal with or without notice, in the sole reasonable discretion of TerraGo. TERRAGO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME, AND TERRAGO WILL PROVIDE NOTICE OF SUCH CHANGES THROUGH THE PORTAL. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE PORTAL THEREAFTER CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES.
