What is GeoPDF?

GeoPDF is a trademark used by TerraGo to brand some of its lines of software products, including TerraGo Publisher for ArcGIS and TerraGo Composer and the PDF documents they create and manipulate as well as TerraGo Toolbar. It is often conflated with being a generic PDF document with embedded geospatial metadata, but GeoPDF documents are unique to TerraGo.
